随着新课程的深入推进,校本教研已经成为音乐课程思想和音乐课程理念落地的节点。校本教研在促进音乐教师专业发展、提升音乐课堂教学质量、落实音乐课程管理等方面,起到了不可或缺的作用。本文从“明确主题”等八个方面阐述了音乐校本教研的实践策略,倡导在做中研,在研中做,进而提高音乐校本教研的效益。
With the further advancement of the new curriculum, school-based teaching and research has become the node of the idea of music curriculum and the concept of music curriculum. School-based teaching and research play an indispensable role in promoting the professional development of music teachers, improving the quality of music classroom teaching, and implementing music curriculum management. This essay expounds the practical tactics of music school-based teaching and research in eight aspects such as “clear subject ”, advocating that doing research and doing research in order to improve the efficiency of music school-based teaching and research.
