评价MRI对髓外硬膜下肿瘤的诊断价值。材料和方法:经手术病理证实的髓外硬膜下肿瘤共24例,包括神经鞘瘤12例、脊膜瘤7例、神经纤维瘤5例。MRI检查采用普通SE序列(不使用流动补偿技术),所有病例均作Gd-DTPA增强检查。结果:1,普通SE序列为椎管病变检查的首选序列。2,神经源性肿瘤的特征:形态呈哑铃状;信号不均匀;邻近卫星结节。脊膜瘤的特征:硬膜尾征;信号均匀。结论:MRI可清楚显示髓外硬膜下肿瘤的全貌及周围情况,从而帮助作出诊断。
Evaluation of MRI diagnosis of extramedullary subdural tumors. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-four extramedullary subdural tumors were confirmed by surgery and pathology, including 12 schwannomas, 7 meningiomas and 5 neurofibromas. MRI examination using ordinary SE sequence (without the use of flow compensation technology), all cases were Gd-DTPA enhanced examination. Results: 1, the common sequence of SE for spinal canal examination of the preferred sequence. 2, characteristics of neurogenic tumors: dumbbell-shaped morphology; uneven signal; adjacent satellite nodules. Membranous features: epidural signs; signal uniformity. Conclusion: MRI can clearly show the overall situation and the surrounding submarneal subdural tumors, thus helping to make a diagnosis.
