Approved by the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Human Resources Research and Training Center affiliated to the State Council held the first “China Human Resources Development Forum” at Beijing West Hotel on September 9-10, 2006 with the theme of Innovation and Scientific Development - Enterprises Talent priority development strategy.
