上海地区的屋面防水做法,主要有三种。一是柔性防水,即油毡防水,这种做法,易起鼓,不耐久,施工麻烦,修补找漏困难。二是刚性屋面,柔性脊带。即在屋面板上浇捣细石混凝土防水层,纵横板缝嵌油膏,上贴油毡脊带。这种做法,虽然效果较好,但造价高,工效低,施工不便,周期又长。三是构件自防水,即屋面板自身防水,结合用防水油膏嵌缝,有的还在板面上加刷防水涂料。这种做法,造价低,工效高,效果好,维修也方便。目前,百分之九十以上
