目的:探究分析孕期保健教育干预对新生儿健康状况的影响。方法:选取2012年6月~2014年6月期间,来某院妇产科进行产前检查的200例孕妇作为临床研究观察对象,采用数字随机表法,将200例孕妇随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组孕妇给予孕期保健教育干预,对照组不给予保健教育干预,对比两组新生儿的健康状况。结果:干预组新生儿的健康状况要显著优于对照组,组间对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科的临床医务人员应该加强孕期知识的宣传和普及,让孕期女性认识到孕期保健的重要性,做好产前指导工作,提高新生儿质量,促进优生优育。
Objective: To explore and analyze the impact of health education intervention during pregnancy on the health status of newborns. Methods: From June 2012 to June 2014, 200 pregnant women who came to the obstetrics and gynecology department of a hospital for prenatal examination were selected as the clinical observation subjects. Using digital random table method, 200 pregnant women were randomly divided into intervention group and control group In the control group and intervention group, the pregnant women were given the intervention of health education during pregnancy, while the control group did not receive the intervention of health education, and the health status of the two groups were compared. Results: The health status of neonates in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology clinic staff should strengthen the publicity and popularization of pregnancy knowledge, so pregnant women recognize the importance of prenatal care, prenatal guidance to improve the quality of newborns and promote prenatal and postnatal care.
