标志着一个民族音乐文化水平高低的是创作,推动和指导创作的是理论研究。因而,欲使面临危机的少数民族音乐振兴,加强创作是关键,加强创作理论的研究则是其战略性措施。一、人类物质生产水平的不断提高,现代科学的高度发达,使世界各民族之间的交往日趋频繁。从大文化观来看,世界艺术的交汇溶合是社会发展的必然趋势,也势必造成优胜劣汰的激烈竞争。而在竞争进程中,处于较高的发展阶段的民族艺术,起着主导作用,而处于相对初级阶段的民族艺术,则易于被其它民族的艺术所影响、同化。
It is a theoretical study that marks the level of a national musical culture, that is, creation, promotion and guidance. Therefore, if we want to rejuvenate the ethnic minority music crisis facing the crisis and strengthen the creative work, it is a strategic measure to strengthen the study of the creative theory. First, the continuous improvement of the material production of mankind and the highly developed modern science have made the exchanges between the various ethnic groups in the world more and more frequent. From a big cultural point of view, the convergence of the world art convergence is the inevitable trend of social development, but also bound to result in fierce competition for survival of the fittest. In the course of competition, ethnic art at a relatively high stage of development plays a leading role. In the relatively early stage, national art is easily influenced and assimilated by the art of other nations.
