我们根据近年来研究发现,许多糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞对葡萄糖刺激的反应性降低,但仍保持对非糖类促胰岛素分泌物质的反应性。我们对已确诊的糖尿病患者,应用精氨酸取代口服75g葡萄糖兴奋胰岛功能在短时间内释放胰岛素、C-肽、胰高血糖素,进行试验性探讨,以便达到临床上对糖尿病的诊断目的。现将结果报告如下。 材料和方法 一、材料: (一)一次性5ml、20ml空针,计时秒表一只,经截短的9号头皮针,医用胶布,生理盐水及常规消毒用品。 (二)10%盐酸精氨酸注射液(20ml/5g)上海第一生化药业公司生产。 二、方法: (一)抽取5ml生理盐水并将已备9号头皮针接好。 (二)取20ml的空针吸入10%盐酸精氨酸注射液一支。 (三)受试者试验日晨空腹来我室,常规消毒肘
