人才管理是一种极其复杂的组织管理行为。它不 仅需要领导者对每个被使用对象的内在素质了 如指掌,而且还需要对某个特定的人才群体的组织结构,以及被群体的总体素质所认可所接受的每个成员的搭配素质一清二楚。在此基础上,经过精心谋划,巧妙地将若干个各具特色的人才个体,按照一定的配比结构组合在一起。这样的人才群体,才会在品德、见识、才能、知识和体能上产生有益的互补共振效应,进而发挥出理想的人才效益。 反之,倘若有的领导者忽视人才组织原则,一味按照自己的个人意志和兴趣,随意调遣和使用下属,那么,就难免会发生浪费人才资源,降低人才效益的消极人才现象。
Talent management is an extremely complex organization and management behavior. It not only requires leaders to know well the inherent qualities of each object used, but also needs to know the organizational structure of a particular talent group and the quality of each member accepted by the overall quality of the group . On this basis, after careful planning, skillfully combining a number of individual talents with unique characteristics according to a certain proportion structure. Such a talent group will produce beneficial complementary resonance effects on morality, knowledge, talent, knowledge and physical fitness, and then exert the ideal human resource benefits. On the contrary, if some leaders neglect the principles of talent organization and blindly follow their own personal will and interests, they may dispatch and use their subordinates at will, then it will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of talented people who waste human resources and reduce the effectiveness of talents.
