对目前现代住宅小区室外管线综合设计存在的问题进行总结;从合理利用地下空间优化管线布局、室外覆土内管线的平面和竖向设计、地下空间内管线敷设的要点及其他注意事项四个方面具体的分析了现代住宅小区室外管线系统的综合设计应用,为提高现代住宅小区管线系统设计的合理性和科学性提供了参考依据。
