通过模拟用户的冷镦工艺,对某厂生产的(Φ24mm)ML40Cr大盘卷合金冷镦钢盘条在冷镦过程中产生的开裂现象进行了分析。经低倍酸洗、高倍检验与扫描电镜分析,并根据盘条表面缺陷的外观特征与显微组织,指出了辨别大盘卷冷镦钢表面划痕、裂纹及折叠三类缺陷的方法。根据炼钢与轧制工艺,针对大盘卷冷镦钢盘条表面缺陷产生的原因,提出了相应的改善措施。
By simulating the user ’s cold heading technology, the phenomenon of cracking produced during the cold heading of cold heading steel wire rod ML40Cr (Φ24mm) produced by a factory was analyzed. After low pickling, high magnification inspection and scanning electron microscopy analysis, and according to the appearance characteristics and microstructure of the surface defects of the wire rod, the methods of identifying three kinds of defects, such as scratches, cracks and collapsing on the surface of the cold rolled steel, were pointed out. According to the steelmaking and rolling process, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in view of the reason of the surface defects of cold heading steel wire rod on the market.
