试验结果表明,引进不育系在当地在现完全雄性不育,且不育性稳定,其不育性受一对隐性基因控制;测试品系的细胞质对引进的不育基因缺乏恢复能力,在陆地棉群体内难以找到核质互作型完全保持材料;引进不育系产量性状的一般配合力与常规品种中12相比仍有一定差距,纤维品质性状一般配合力优于中12;473A各性状配合力总体上优于其它引进不育系,是目前杂优育种可资利用的重要亲本。
The results showed that the introduction of sterile lines is now completely male sterile in the locality and its sterility is stable. Its sterility is controlled by a pair of recessive genes. The cytoplasm of tested lines lacks the ability to restore introduced sterile genes. It is difficult to find the complete retentive material of the nuclear-cytoplasmic interaction in the upland cotton population. The general combining ability of the yield traits introduced into the CMS still lags behind that of the conventional varieties 12, and the general combining ability of the fiber quality traits is better than that of the CK 12; Trait combining ability is generally superior to other introduction of CMS, which is an important parent available for hybrid breeding.
