永济灌域位于河套灌区中部,现灌溉面积146万亩。灌域分干渠以上有节制闸46座。已建成的水闸,由于冻融和消能不充分等原因造成水闸破坏严重。每年需投资近20万元用做水闸维修,但效果不佳。从1983年开始,我们先后对落差较大、冲刷严重的水闸,在维修中于闸后修建了筛网式消能设施。经实际运用收到了较好的消能效果,既节约了投资,又为水闸维修提供了经验。
Yongji irrigation area is located in the middle of Hetao Irrigation District, irrigated an area of 146 mu. There are 46 control gates above the irrigation canal. The sluice has been completed, due to freeze-thaw and energy dissipation is not sufficient and other reasons caused sluice serious damage. Nearly 200,000 yuan each year need to invest in sluice maintenance, but the effect is not good. Since 1983, we have successively set up screen-type energy-dissipating facilities behind sluices with large drops and serious erosion. The practical application received a good energy dissipation effect, which not only saves investment but also provides experience for sluice maintenance.
