HSE管理体系是质量管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系的简称,这三种管理体系的管理方法是相容的,有很大的共性。HSE管理指组织运用系统分析方法,对其经营活动全过程中存在的职业健康、安全生产、环境保护风险进行分析,确定可能发生的危害及其产生的后果,并通过系统化的预防机制消除各类事故的隐患,从而有效地减少可能引起的人员伤害、财产损失和环境污染。
HSE management system is the abbreviation of quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system. The management methods of these three management systems are compatible and have a lot in common.
