三滚轮摩擦机构是根据摩擦自锁的原理用来传递一个方向运动的传动机构,故又称之为三滚轮单向超越离合器。此机构在国内外自动内圆及轴承套圈磨床的微进给机构及砂轮磨损的补偿系统中应用较广,并和其它进给机构(如凸轮——杠杆——斜楔——杠杆等机构)联合使用,进给的定程精度较高。在普通内圆磨床中,由于对定程进给精度要求不高,所以可以用它作为主要的进给机构。我厂生产和试制的M2110A、M2120A、M2150普通内圆磨床(系无锡机床厂设计的)进给系统皆采用了三滚轮机构形式,它与原先的行星进给机构相比,具有结构简单、制造容易,调整方便、稳定准确、进给量可无级调整等优点。现将三滚轮进给机构的结构、工作原理、自锁条件及使用调整等方面的问题简要介绍如下:
