党的十八大明确提出,到2020年实现国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,全面建成小康社会。自治区和玉林市也明确提出,要与全国同步全面建成小康社会。对博白县来说,贯彻落实党的十八大精神,最重要、最紧迫的任务就是确保与全国全区全市同步全面建成小康社会。当前和今后一个时期,博白经济社会发展最重要的目标就是实现“一个翻两番”(地区生产总值)和“两个翻一番”(城镇居民人均可支配收入和农村居民人均纯收入),就必须始终坚持发展第一要务不动摇,把推进新型工业化、新型城镇化和现代农业
