目的:对黄连及其伪品进行鉴别。方法:通过电化学振荡技术获得黄连及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱,根据指纹图谱及其特征参数区别鉴定。结果:黄连及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱差异性明显。结论:应用电化学指纹图谱能直接、快速、准确地鉴别中药。
Objective: To identify Coptis and its counterfeit products. Methods: The electrochemical fingerprints of Coptis chinensis and its counterfeits were obtained by electrochemical oscillation technique. The fingerprints and their characteristic parameters were discriminated and identified. Results: The electrochemical fingerprints of Coptis chinensis and its counterfeit products were significantly different. Conclusion: The application of electrochemical fingerprint can directly, quickly and accurately identify traditional Chinese medicine.
