采用化学还原共沉淀法制备了LiFePO4前驱粉末。用葡萄糖溶液包覆LiFePO4前驱粉末,在合适的热处理温度下,葡萄糖热解获得纳米晶LiFePO4/C包覆粉末。用XRD,SEM,HRTEM对样品进行了分析。结果表明,LiFePO4前驱粉末由非晶构成,粉末细小且分散均匀。LiFePO4/C包覆粉末的晶粒尺寸为20~50nm,LiFePO4表面包覆的非晶碳层的厚度约为2nm。
LiFePO4 precursor powder was prepared by chemical reduction coprecipitation method. The LiFePO4 precursor powder is coated with a glucose solution and pyrolyzed at a suitable heat treatment temperature to obtain nanocrystalline LiFePO4 / C coated powder. The samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM and HRTEM. The results show that LiFePO4 precursor powder is composed of amorphous, fine and dispersed powder. LiFePO4 / C coated powder has a grain size of 20-50 nm and a LiFePO4 coated amorphous carbon layer has a thickness of about 2 nm.
