患者,男,60岁,工人,左侧睾丸肿大9个月,局部坠胀、隐痛入院,无发热及尿路刺激症状。查体:全身浅表淋巴结及肝脾不肿大。左侧睾丸肿大10×10×8cm,质硬,表面光滑,有实体感,无压痛,双侧精索、附睾及右侧睾丸正常。行左侧睾丸单纯摘除术,术后7天拆线,伤口Ⅰ期愈合。病理诊断:左侧睾丸恶性淋巴瘤裂无裂细胞型。
Patients, male, 60 years old, worker, left testicular enlargement 9 months, local bulge, pain and admission, no fever and urinary tract irritation. Physical examination: systemic superficial lymph nodes and liver and spleen is not enlarged. Left testicular enlargement 10 × 10 × 8cm, hard, smooth surface, solid sense, no tenderness, bilateral spermatic cord, epididymis and right testicular normal. Line left testis simple excision, stitches 7 days after surgery, wound healing. Pathological diagnosis: left testicular malignant lymphoma split-free cell type.
