2000年7月6日,在中国农机院召开了以“农业装备——西部大开发的重要切入点”为主题的农机化研讨会。中国农机院院长陈志作了主题报告,与会的其他专家学者和有关部门负责人也畅谈了他们关于西部大开发的认识、思路以及工作的主攻方向。本刊摘录部分专家的发言,以飨读者。希望一些想在西部大开发中有所作为的部门、农机企业能从中得到启发,拓展思路。
On July 6, 2000, a seminar on agricultural mechanization with the theme of “Agricultural Equipment - An Important Entry Point for the Great Western Development” was held in China Agricultural Machinery Institute. Chen Zhi, dean of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Machinery, made a keynote speech. Other experts and scholars attending the meeting as well as the heads of relevant departments also talked about their main points of understanding and thinking as well as their work on the large-scale development of the western region. The magazine excerpts from some of the experts to readers. I hope some departments that want to make a difference in the development of the western region will be able to get inspiration from them and expand their thinking.
