In 2002, the institutions of supply and marketing cooperatives in Xinjiang Autonomous Region guided by the “Outline for Implementation of Citizen Ethics and the Three Represents” and carried out the “Year of Ethical Construction” under the promotion of the district and government organs and committees and achieved remarkable results.
