87年11月19日由上海市化学化工学会与上海市中学化学教学研究会联合举办了一次化学教育目标讨论会。参加讨论会的有来自全市各高等师范院校、各区教育学院和各中学的老师一百余人。讨论会由范杰同志主持。有四位同志作了中心发言,不少老师作了即席发言。现将会议简况按各人发言次序摘要如下: 范杰同志首先介绍了美国教育学家、心理学家布卢姆教授在掌握学习理论和教育目标分类方面的成就,认为这二方面内容对当前实行九年义务教育制、大面积提高教学质量、加强能力培养,提高民族素质是有积极意义的。
On November 19, 87, a seminar on chemical education was held jointly by the Shanghai Chemical and Chemical Society and the Shanghai Middle School Chemistry Teaching Research Association. At the seminar, there were more than one hundred teachers from various normal universities, district education colleges and secondary schools. The seminar was chaired by Comrade Fan Jie. Four comrades made keynote speeches and many teachers gave impromptu speeches. The summary of the meeting will be summarized in the order of each speaker as follows: Comrade Fan Jie first introduced the achievements of U.S. pedagogue and psychologist Professor Bloom in mastering the learning theory and the classification of educational objectives, and considered that these two aspects are currently in effect. The nine-year compulsory education system, the large-scale improvement of teaching quality, the strengthening of the ability to train, and the improvement of the national quality are of positive significance.
