目的:研究蓼科何首乌属植物篱蓼Fallopia dumetosum地上部分的化学成分。方法:以80%乙醇热回流提取,采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱技术以及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从篱蓼地上部分中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为大黄素(1),大黄素甲醚(2),槲皮素(3),木犀草素(4),5″-methoxy-hydnocarpin(5),对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(6),原儿茶酸(7),(2S,3S,4R)-鞘氨醇-(2′R)-Δ5′,6′(E)-2′-羟基正二十四碳酰胺(8),β-谷甾醇(9),胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:篱蓼中主要含有黄酮及蒽醌类成分,其中化合物5,7,8为首次从何首乌属植物中分到,其余化合物均为首次从该种植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the aerial parts of Fallopia dumetosum from the genus Polygonum of Polygonaceae. Methods: The extracts were extracted by hot reflux with 80% ethanol and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization methods. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the aerial part of Polygonum pentaphyllum, which were emodin (1), physcion (2), quercetin (3), luteolin -hydnocarpin (5), ethylparaben (6), protocatechuate (7), (2S, 3S, 4R) -sphingosine- (2’R) -Δ5 ’, 6’ (E) (8), β-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10) .Conclusion: The content of flavonoids and anthraquinones in Polygonum capitatum is mainly composed of compounds 5,7,8 For the first time from what genus Polygonum to points, the rest of the compounds were first obtained from the plant.
