在热油管道预热投产和停输再启动过程中,为了保证管道安全生产,常常需要对管道周围土壤温度场进行监测。探针法具有不需要预埋测温元件、不破坏管道周围土壤的原有状态和土壤中已建立的温度场等优点,是一种方便、快捷的土壤温度场测试方法。在东黄复线、东临线和中洛线上进行的7次现场测温应用表明,该方法测试结果可靠,测温精度能够满足工程要求,不仅可用于埋地热油管道周围土壤温度场测试,也可用于输油站上管道埋深处自然地温的测量。
In hot oil pipeline preheating commissioning and shutdown restarting process, in order to ensure the safe production of pipelines, often need to monitor the soil temperature field around the pipe. The probe method has the advantages of no need to embed the temperature measuring element, does not destroy the original state of the soil around the pipeline and the established temperature field in the soil, and is a convenient and quick method for testing the soil temperature field. The application of seven on-site temperature measurements in the East Yellow River, East Linzhong and Zhongluo shows that the method has reliable test results and the temperature measurement accuracy can meet the engineering requirements. It can not only be used to test the soil temperature field around the buried hot oil pipeline, It can also be used to measure the natural temperature of buried pipelines at gas stations.
