目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素(ET)的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定37例急性脑梗死患者(观察组)和34例健康人(对照组)的血浆ET含量。结果:脑梗死急性期患者血浆ET含量〔(62.49±5.74)ng/L〕明显高于恢复期〔(52.68±5.20)ng/L〕和对照组〔(50.94±6.08)ng/L,P均<0.001〕;脑梗死中重度患者血浆ET含量〔(64.15±5.36)ng/L〕明显高于轻度患者〔(59.69±5.33)ng/L,P<0.05〕;急性期血浆ET水平与梗死灶体积的大小呈正相关(r=0.4519,P<0.01)。结论:ET参与了急性脑梗死的病理生理过程;监测脑梗死患者血浆ET水平可作为反映病情程度和评估预后的一项参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods: Plasma ET levels in 37 patients with acute cerebral infarction (observation group) and 34 healthy individuals (control group) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The plasma ET level in patients with acute cerebral infarction 〔(62.49 ± 5.74) ng / L〕 〔was significantly higher than that in the recovery phase 〔(52.68 ± 5.20) ng / L〕 and the control group 〔(50. 94 ± 6.08) ng / L, P <0.001). The plasma ET level was significantly higher in moderate-severe cerebral infarction patients (64.15 ± 5.36 ng / L) than in mild patients 69 ± 5.33) ng / L, P <0.05]. There was a positive correlation between plasma ET level and infarct volume in acute phase (r = 0.4519, P <0.01). Conclusion: ET participates in the pathophysiological process of acute cerebral infarction. Monitoring plasma ET level in patients with cerebral infarction can be used as a reference index to reflect the severity of the disease and evaluate the prognosis.
