为了研究甘蔗/花生间作对土壤微生物和土壤酶活性的影响,采用大田试验的方法,以花生和甘蔗为试验材料,研究了华南地区甘蔗/花生间作对土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性以及土壤养分状况的影响。结果表明:与甘蔗和花生单作相比,甘蔗/花生间作系统能够显著提高甘蔗和花生根际的土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,改善根际土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性,不同程度提高整个间作系统作物根际土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷以及速效钾的含量,可见,甘蔗/花生间作可以明显地改善两种作物根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性和养分状况。
In order to study the effects of sugarcane / peanut intercropping on soil microorganisms and soil enzyme activities, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of sugarcane / peanut intercropping on soil microbial population, soil enzyme activities and soil nutrient status in peanut and sugar cane fields in southern China Impact. The results showed that the sugarcane / peanut intercropping system could significantly increase the amount of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere of sugarcane and peanut, and improve the activity of urease and phosphatase in rhizosphere soils, and increased the whole The contents of soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in rhizosphere soil of intercropping system showed that the intercropping of sugarcane and peanut could significantly improve the rhizosphere soil microbial quantity, enzyme activity and nutrient status.
