It has been found that the amount of vitamin A (VA) stored in human fetal liver increases with pregnancy. However, the increase in the content and concentration of VA in fetal liver is influenced by the maternal nutritional status of VA. Previous reports in the literature were given different amounts of VA after the mother, the serum concentration of VA to determine the status of maternal VA nutritional status indicators. This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the increase of VA content in fetal liver and the maternal liver storage in the late pregnancy.
