With the improvement of human living standards, the incidence of diabetes is on the rise. How to control blood sugar effectively is one of the key problems in the treatment of diabetes. With the improvement of medical treatment, the method of controlling blood sugar is updated day by day. One of the shortcomings of intensive blood glucose treatment, ie multiple subcutaneous injection (MSⅡ), is that it can not effectively control the occurrence of hypoglycemia. Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CS Ⅱ), abbreviated as insulin pump, is a new insulin injection technique developed in recent years. Because it simulates insulin secretion in normal human islet B cells, it is more conducive to intensive treatment of diabetes. Is the most advanced, safe and effective treatment of diabetes, can make the patient’s blood sugar in a relatively short period of time to reach the control standard or close to the control standard. In this paper, we tried to use insulin pump in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and compared with the traditional multiple daily in-sulin injections (MD Ⅱ) compared to observe the short-term effect of CS Ⅱ.
