目的了解和分析广东省惠州市女性宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的分布情况,为各级医疗机构、疾控中心制定HPV感染的治疗方案及防范措施、为我国HPV疫苗的研发和使用提供科学依据。方法利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链(FQ-PCR)反应对从2014年1~7月在惠州市惠阳区人民医院和惠州市第二妇幼保健院进行体检的有性行为的女性共3 673例进行HPV基因亚型检测,其中包括15种高危型(HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、59、68、73、82)及5种低危型(HPV6、11、42、43、44)。结果 HPV的总检出率为22.65%(832/3673),其中高危型检出率为18.84%(692/3 673),低危型检出率为2.86%(105/3673),混合型感染(感染型别多于两种及以上)检出率为0.95%(35/3673)。在20岁以下,21~25岁,26~30岁,31~35岁,36~40岁,41~45岁,46~50岁,50岁以上的不同年龄段HPV感染率分别为7.09%,15.51%,15.51%,19.35%,17.05%,11.67%,10.94%,2.88%。在感染HPV的832人中,高危型感染主要为16型(25.96%),52型(15.26%),18型(9.51%),33型(7.93%)及56型(7.33%)。低危型感染以11型(6.37%)为主,混合型感染以16/58型(1.80%)为主。结论在惠州市HPV高危型感染主要为16,52,18,33和56型,低危型感染主要为11型,高危型的流行导致了混合型16/58,16/18等感染的增多。
Objective To understand and analyze the distribution of HPV genotypes among women with cervical infections in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, to develop treatment plans and preventive measures for HPV infection for medical institutions and disease control centers at all levels, Use to provide a scientific basis. Methods A total of 3673 women who had sexual intercourse were examined by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) in Huiyang District People’s Hospital of Huizhou City and No. 2 MCH Hospital of Huizhou from January 2014 to July 2014 HPV genotypes detected, including 15 high-risk type (HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,68,73,82) and five low-risk type ( HPV 6, 11, 42, 43, 44). Results The overall detection rate of HPV was 22.65% (832/3673), of which the detection rate of high-risk type was 18.84% (692/3 673) and the low-risk type was 2.86% (105/3673). The mixed infection (More than two or more infections) detected a rate of 0.95% (35/3673). The HPV infection rates of different age groups of 20 years of age, 21 to 25 years old, 26 to 30 years old, 31 to 35 years old, 36 to 40 years old, 41 to 45 years old, 46 to 50 years old and over 50 years old were 7.09% 15.51%, 15.51%, 19.35%, 17.05%, 11.67%, 10.94%, 2.88%. Of the 832 HPV-infected individuals, the highest-risk infections were 16 (25.96%), 52 (15.26%), 18 (9.51%), 33 (7.93%) and 56 (7.33%). Low-risk infection was mainly type 11 (6.37%), while mixed infection was mainly type 16/58 (1.80%). Conclusion The high-risk HPV types in Huizhou are mainly 16, 52, 18, 33 and 56, the low-risk type is mainly 11, and the high-risk types lead to the increase of mixed 16/58, 16/18 and other infections.
