美国旧金山消息:三环抗抑郁药多虑平(Doxepin)的一项主要适应症是治疗十二指肠溃疡。挪威的一个研究小组称,该药在愈合十二指肠溃疡方面与甲腈咪胍同样有效,而对缓解症状更好。在50例可资比较的患者中随机试验上述两药,发现与美国的报告相符。美国报告多虑平治疗13例十二指肠溃疡患者获得成功。13例中有8例用甲腈咪胍无效或不能耐受其副作用。
SAN FRANCISCO, USA: One of the major indications for tricyclic antidepressants Doxepin is the treatment of duodenal ulcers. A Norwegian research team said the drug is as effective as cimetidine in healing duodenal ulcers and is more effective in relieving symptoms. The two drugs were randomly tested in 50 comparable patients and found to be consistent with the U.S. report. The United States reported doxepin treatment of 13 cases of duodenal ulcer patients were successful. Eight of 13 patients were ineffective with cetmilellia or could not tolerate their side effects.
