通过熔融挤出共混制备纤维素纤维/纳米CaCO3/β晶型聚丙烯(β-PP)复合材料,并用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MA)改善材料的相容性,用聚丙烯膨胀型(无卤)阻燃剂提高材料的阻燃性。研究了废弃纤维素纤维、β成核剂、相容剂和阻燃剂对材料结构与性能的影响。
The cellulose fiber / nano-CaCO3 / β crystalline polypropylene (β-PP) composites were prepared by melt extrusion blending and the compatibility of the materials was improved by using maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MA) Polypropylene intumescent (halogen-free) flame retardants improve the flame retardancy of the material. The effects of waste cellulose fiber, β nucleating agent, compatibilizer and flame retardant on the structure and properties of the materials were studied.
