在自建的高压相平衡测试装置上,测定了大庆减压渣油在超临界正戊烷中的平衡溶解度。并考察了平衡溶解度随各参数影响的变化规律。结果表明,溶解度随压力升高而增大,随温度升高而减小;溶剂比增加,溶解度减小,但脱沥青油(DAO)收率增加。当超临界正戊烷密度恒定时,溶解度还将随温度的增加而增大。试验结果还表明,在正戊烷的超临界区域内,采用等温降压、等压升温、升温降压和绝热膨胀等方式均可进行溶剂回收。
In the self-built high-pressure phase equilibrium test device, the equilibrium solubility of Daqing vacuum residue in supercritical n-pentane was measured. The effects of various parameters on the equilibrium solubility were investigated. The results showed that the solubility increased with increasing pressure and decreasing with increasing temperature. Solvent ratio increased and solubility decreased, but the yield of deasphalted oil (DAO) increased. When the density of supercritical n-pentane is constant, the solubility will also increase with increasing temperature. The test results also show that in the n-pentane supercritical region, the use of isothermal buck, isobaric temperature, temperature and pressure drop and adiabatic expansion can be carried out solvent recovery.
