干扰素诱导蛋白6(interferon,alpha-inducible protein6,IFI6)是一个能被Ⅰ型干扰素诱导上调的干扰素刺激基因(interferon stimulate gene,ISG)之一。近年来发现IFI6在抗病毒、抗凋亡和促肿瘤等多个生物学功能发挥重要作用,在多种恶性肿瘤,病毒相关性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中高表达。IFI6与细胞色素C共定位于线粒体,能够抑制细胞色素C释放,起着抵抗细胞凋亡作用,对肿瘤的放化疗效果有一定的影响。本文就IFI6的研究现状作一简要综述。
Interferon-inducible protein 6 (IFI6) is one of the interferon-stimulating genes (ISGs) that can be up-regulated by type I interferons. In recent years, it has been found that IFI6 plays an important role in many biological functions such as antivirus, anti-apoptosis and tumor promoting, and is highly expressed in various malignant tumors, virus-related diseases and autoimmune diseases. The co-localization of IFI6 and cytochrome C in the mitochondria can inhibit the release of cytochrome C and play a role in the resistance to apoptosis and have a certain impact on the radiotherapy and chemotherapy effect of the tumor. This article gives a brief overview of the research status of IFI6.
