中央企业管理提升活动目前已进入关键的第二阶段,这一阶段的主要任务为专项提升、协同推进。在第一阶段自我诊断的过程中,各石油石化企业结合自身工作实际、业务特点,分析查找管理中存在的问题,组织专业对标分析,查找出了一批管理短板与瓶颈问题,为第二阶段制订方案、细化措施和专项提升、全面整改打下了良好的基础。但也存在着一些企业对管理提升活动认识不到位,浮皮潦草,敷衍了事;工作推进不得法,眉毛胡子一把抓的问题。这些,都将对第二阶段活动的效果产生不利的影响。
