以活性炭为还原剂、CI_2为氯化剂,研究了包钢选矿厂尾矿直接加碳氯化和经Na_2CO_3焙烧后加碳氯化在提取稀土氯化物的同时提取氯化铀的新工艺。结果表明,随反应温度的升高及反应时间的增加,铀的氯化率均提高,且当反应时间大于2 h时其氯化率变化不明显,在反应温度为600℃时铀的氯化率可达到较高的水平。在最佳的反应条件600℃、2 h下,铀提取率可达79.6%。经Na_2CO_3焙烧后的尾矿在相同的工艺条件下铀的氯化率有所降低。
Taking activated carbon as reductant and CI_2 as chlorination agent, the new technology of extracting uranium chloride while extracting rare earth chloride was studied. The tailings of Baotou Steel Concentrator were directly added with carbon chlorination and calcined by Na_2CO_3. The results showed that the chlorination rate of uranium increased with the increase of reaction temperature and reaction time. When the reaction time was more than 2 h, the chlorination rate did not change obviously. When the reaction temperature was 600 ℃, the chlorination of uranium The rate can reach a higher level. Under the optimum conditions of 600 ℃ and 2 h, the extraction rate of uranium reached 79.6%. After the Na_2CO_3 calcined tailings under the same process conditions uranium chlorination rate decreased.
