1案例资料简要案情任某某,男,56岁。2011年12月17日,被发现死于某宾馆房间床上。现场勘查见尸体呈头东脚西,仰卧位,其脚部床单上发现有点状及片状血痕。死者系学校退休体育教师,生前未发现患有高血压等疾病。尸体检验尸表检查:全身呈明显贫血貌。左、右胸部大面积皮下出血,左侧季肋部检见一15cm×12cm皮下淤血,青紫肿胀。胸廓塌陷,可触及骨擦感。左前臂外侧检见1cm×12cm擦伤,左膝关节下
