糖尿病肾病又称糖尿病性肾小球硬化症,为糖尿病特有的肾脏并发症,属中医“消渴”、“水肿”等范畴.其患病率有逐年上升趋势,目前西医尚无较为理想的治疗方法,而中医药在西医常规治疗基础上对糖尿病肾病的治疗已取得了较好的疗效,尤其在改善临床症状方面为著,可以明显延缓和减轻糖尿病肾病的发展.本文回顾了近10余年来有关中医等治疗糖尿病肾病的相关文献,多数医学认为糖尿病肾病的病机关键是本虚标实,本虚为气血、阴阳、五脏之虚;标实为水湿、瘀血、痰浊等病理产物,还较全面地综述了糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗现状,治疗包括辨证分型、基础方治疗、专方治疗、专药治疗等,并对中医药治疗糖尿病肾病显示出的一定优势进行了讨论.“,”Diabetic nephropathy is called diabetic glomerular sclerosis ,renal complications of diabetes is rare ,belonging to Chinese medicine to “Xiaoke”“edema”etc .Its prevalence has increased year after year ,the current treatment M ethodsin western medicine is not ideal ,but traditional Chinese medi‐cine in the routine treatment of Western medicine for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has achieved good curative effect ,especially in improving the clinical symptoms is very famous .Development can significantly delay and alleviate diabetic nephropathy .This paper reviews relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy in recent 10 years ,most of the medicine that the key pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality ,deficiency of Qi and blood ,yin and Yang ,for the five internal organs of the virtual .Standard for water wet ,blood stasis ,phlegm ,also comprehensively discussed the current situation of Chinese medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy ,Treat‐ment includes dialectical typing ,foundation treatment ,with treatment ,and medication ,some advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy shows are discussed .
