目的探讨肌内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院近年来收治的68例异位妊娠患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为两组,比较两组的疗效及不良反应差异。结果单用MTX单次肌内注射和联合用药的总疗效差异有统计学意义,而且联合用药可缩短治疗时间,减少出血时间及包块吸收时间,还是适于临床应用。结论肌内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床应用确切,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intramuscular injection of methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The single MTX single intramuscular injection and combination of the total efficacy difference was statistically significant, and combination therapy can shorten the treatment time, reduce the bleeding time and mass absorption time, or suitable for clinical applications. Conclusion The clinical application of intramuscular methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is exact and worthy of clinical promotion.
