我国农村沼气池普遍采用混凝土现浇工艺。混凝土浇注沼气池夏季施工时,要特别注意温度过高的影响,否则会严重地影响施工质量和沼气池的使用寿命。在夏季高温时浇灌混凝土,水泥将急剧凝结,由于蒸发失去水分,不仅得不到浇灌时所必要的和易性,而且在砖表面上会产生干缩裂缝。因此,夏季现浇沼气池,必须注意以下几点:一、要采用用水量较多的富配合比混凝土,而为了得到浇筑时所需的和易性,也需采用较多的用水量。二、在施工时,应设法降低拌和时的混凝土的温度。一般来说,浇灌时混凝土的温度应当控制在30℃以下,所以不得采用温度很高的水泥,不得直接
China’s rural biogas digesters generally adopt concrete cast-in-place technology. When constructing a concrete-filled digester in summer, special attention must be paid to the effect of excessive temperature, otherwise it will seriously affect the construction quality and the service life of the digester. When concrete is poured at high temperatures during the summer, the cement will condense rapidly. As evaporation loses moisture, not only does it lack the workability necessary for watering, but it also produces shrinkage cracks on the surface of the brick. Therefore, the following points must be taken into consideration when filling the methane-generating methane pool in summer: First, concrete with a large amount of water and rich concrete must be used, and in order to obtain the workability required for pouring, more water must be used. Second, during construction, efforts should be made to reduce the temperature of concrete during mixing. In general, the temperature of the concrete when pouring should be controlled below 30°C, so no cement of high temperature should be used.
