作者应用灭吐灵(Metoclopramide)和生理盐水对荧光眼底血管造影引起恶心和呕吐的100例患者采用随机双盲法进行治疗观察。在荧光眼底血管造影前,用20mg盐酸灭吐灵或用等量的生理盐水静脉注射。结果发现,灭吐灵治疗组比生理盐水对照组恶心和呕吐的发生率明显地减少。对照组发生11例(22%),治疗组仅发生3例(6%)作者认为,灭吐灵作为荧光眼底血管造影引起恶心
The authors used metoclopramide (Metoclopramide) and saline on fluorescence fundus angiography cause nausea and vomiting in 100 patients treated with double-blind randomized treatment. Fluorescent fundus angiography before, with 20mg hydrochloric acid metoclopramide or an equal amount of saline intravenously. The results showed that the treatment group methotrexate than the saline control group, the incidence of nausea and vomiting significantly reduced. The control group occurred in 11 cases (22%), the treatment group occurred in only 3 cases (6%) The authors believe that metoclopramide as fluorescence fundus angiography cause nausea
