随着新课改的深入,老师的教学理念发生很大的改变。在传统的教学模式中,往往更加注重老师在整个教学中的主导地位,却忽视了学生的主体地位。新课改对传统的教育模式提出了巨大的挑战,初中数学老师的教学也面临严峻的考验,新课改的新理念改变了老师从传统教育模式中“独奏者”的角色,逐渐过渡为“伴奏者”的角色,学生则由被动学习向主动学习的方向转变。
