我们用CYFRA21-1 IRMA测定了117例肺部疾病患者和35例的正常人的血清CYFRA21-1水平,来评价CYFRA21-1在肺癌诊断中的意义。 对象和方法 一、对象:肺癌组48例,有9例是手术病人在术前测定一次,在术后1.5月内再测定一次,肺炎和老慢支组37例;肺结核组23例;肺癌术后组9例;正常组35例。病人均来自本院住院病房,正常组来自本院体检健康者。 二、方法:抽取肘静脉血2ml置于普通试管中,待血块凝固后3000转离心5分钟,分离血清,-20℃保存,一周内进行测定。 CYFRA21-1放免试剂盒由法国CIS Inter-
We used CYFRA21-1 IRMA to measure serum CYFRA21-1 levels in 117 patients with lung disease and 35 normal subjects to evaluate the significance of CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Subjects and Methods I. Object: 48 patients with lung cancer, 9 patients were operated once before surgery, and were measured again within 1.5 months after surgery. 37 patients with pneumonia and Lao-Long-Blood Branch; 23 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis; 9 cases in the posterior group; 35 cases in the normal group. All the patients were from the inpatient ward of the hospital, and the normal group was from the physical examination of the hospital. Second, the method: Extraction of venous venous blood 2ml placed in a common test tube, until the blood clot was centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, serum was separated, stored at -20 °C, measured within one week.
