目的:检测血管生成素(angiogenin,Ang)-1和Ang-2在肾细胞癌患者血清中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:ELISA法检测64例肾细胞癌患者血清中Ang-1和Ang-2的浓度,并与20例输尿管结石患者进行比较。相关性分析Ang-1和Ang-2水平之间的相关性,以及与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:肾细胞癌患者血清Ang-1及Ang-2表达水平明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且与患者临床分期相关(P<0.05)。肾细胞癌患者血清Ang-1/Ang-2比例较对照组低(P<0.05),且临床分期为早期的患者血清Ang-1/Ang-2比例高于中晚期患者(P<0.05)。另外,Ang-1和Ang-2表达之间具有中等程度的正相关性(r=0.704)。结论:血清Ang-1和Ang-2水平与肾细胞癌的发生和发展关系密切,检测其水平有助于肾细胞癌的早期诊断,并可能为基因治疗提供新的思路。
Objective: To detect the expression of angiogenin (Ang) -1 and Ang-2 in the serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: The serum concentrations of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in 64 patients with renal cell carcinoma were detected by ELISA and compared with 20 patients with ureteral calculi. Correlation analysis of the correlation between Ang-1 and Ang-2 levels, as well as with the clinicopathological features of patients. Results: The expressions of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in patients with renal cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and correlated with the clinical stage (P <0.05). The proportion of serum Ang-1 / Ang-2 in patients with renal cell carcinoma was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the proportion of serum Ang-1 / Ang-2 in the patients with early clinical stage was higher than that in the advanced stage (P <0.05). In addition, there was a moderate degree of positive correlation between Ang-1 and Ang-2 expression (r = 0.704). Conclusion: The serum levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma. Detecting their levels may be helpful for the early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma and may provide new ideas for gene therapy.
