川南煤矿1134回采工作面运输巷,属典型的高应力动压软岩巷道,该巷道围岩松软破碎、塑性破坏范围大,变形严重,难支护、维护和返修率高。为有效治理1134工作面运输平巷的破坏变形,川南煤矿在结合了矿井地质和生产条件基础上,采用了分阶段锚注支护技术。结果表明,该巷道围岩变形量得到了有效控制,为矿井的安全生产创造了条件,取得了良好的技术经济效益。
The transport lane of 1134 working face of Chuannan Coal Mine is a typical high-stress dynamic pressure and soft rock roadway. The surrounding rock of the roadway is soft and broken with large plastic failure range, serious deformation, difficult support, high maintenance and rework rate. In order to effectively deal with the deformation and deformation of 1134 working face laneway, based on the combination of mine geology and production conditions, the South China Coal Mine adopted the staged bolting and grouting technology. The results show that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway has been effectively controlled, which has created conditions for mine safety production and achieved good technical and economic benefits.
