辛亥革命是中国近代史上一件开天辟地的大事,对中国历史影响深远。一百多年来社会各界不同人士对其有不同的评论,然而却少有人研究民国佛教界对辛亥革命的评论。该文以民国时期佛教界对革命、孙中山与三民主义的评论为视角,来考察佛教界眼中的辛亥革命,并浅略分析其评论的原因与目的。
The Revolution of 1911 is an epoch-making event in the modern history of China, which has a far-reaching impact on Chinese history. For more than a hundred years, different people from all walks of life in the society have different comments on it. However, few people have studied the commentary of the 1911 Revolution in the Buddhist circles in the Republic of China. From the perspective of the Buddhist circles’ commentaries on revolution, Sun Yat-sen and the Three Principles of the People’s Republic of China in the period of the Republic of China, this article examines the 1911 Revolution in the eyes of Buddhist circles and analyzes the reasons and purposes of its comments.
