本期,华丰、丁桥板块成交依旧保持细水长流的态势。从整体成交的情况来看,4个可售楼盘总共成交54套,与上期相比稍有回落。随着政府各项配套的跟进,人们对该板块的心理距离正在慢慢拉近。特别是半小时车程与主城区无缝连接,秋石快速路、留石快速路的开通,将极大缩小与市中心的差距。为此,不少新杭州人选择将家安置在该区域内。上半年,该板块的房源供应量会逐渐充足起来,除了嘉里·桦枫居、天阳·观筑、广宇·上东城、泰地·洄龙湖邸等都将有房源补充。
