测定了患舞三毛金藻毒素中毒症及健康鲤鱼的16项血液学指标,结果进行了t检验对患病及健康鲤鱼的造血器官进行了组织学观察,描述了病鱼造血组织的病理变化.
Totally 16 hematological indexes were determined for the disease and healthy carp. The results were analyzed by t-test. The hematopoietic organs of diseased and healthy carp were observed histologically and the histopathological changes of the hematopoietic tissue of diseased fish were described.
