例1 刘某,男、23岁、汉族,工人。头晕、乏力、心悸半年余,曾以“缺铁性贫血”、“双相性贫血”,给予铁剂、叶酸、维生素B_(12)、维生素C 等治疗好转。不久,上症重现且加重,面色苍白、乏力困倦,以贫血原因待查于1981年11月2日住院。患者呈贫血貌,两肺(-),心尖区闻及Ⅱ级收缩期吹风样杂音,肝脾(-)。血液化验:血红蛋白6.5g%,红细胞数186万/mm~3,血小板计数6.8万/mm~3,网织红细胞2.4%,白细胞数3300/mm,~3嗜酸粒细胞绝对计数132个,出凝血时间正常。血片观
