随着我国经济的不断迅速发展和石油这种自然资源不断枯竭的紧张矛盾局面,使我国的四大能源通道的战略布局显得尤为重要。四大通道包括:东北方向的中俄原油管道、西北方向的为中哈石油管道和中亚天然气管道、西北方向的是中缅油气管道、东南沿海的海上石油输送路线。作为中国四大能源通道之一的中俄原油管道,对保障我国能源安全的作用不可忽视。下面本文主要探讨中俄原油管道的深远意义。
With the continuous rapid economic development in our country and the tense and contradictory situation in which oil is a depleted natural resource, the strategic layout of the four major energy sources in our country is particularly important. The four major thoroughfares include: the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline in the northeast, the Sino-Kazakhstan oil pipeline and the Central Asia natural gas pipeline in the northwest direction, the Sino-Myanmar oil and gas pipelines in the northwest and the offshore oil transmission routes in the southeast coast. The Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline, one of the four major energy sources in China, can not be ignored in safeguarding China’s energy security. The following article mainly discusses the far-reaching significance of Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline.
