凝血实验用来检查患者的凝血功能 ,在急救和抗凝、溶栓治疗及手术前检测等方面具有重要临床意义 ,属于检验科的急查项目。但由于凝血因子检测可受多种因素干扰 ,加强实验的全面质量控制和方法的标准化对提高凝血实验的准确性十分重要 ,文章将从标本的采取与保存、试剂的应用、仪器的校正和监控、实验技术四个方面进行讨论
