把思想教育融于课堂教学中,建立长效工作机制,使自律与他律、激励与约束有机地结合起来,有效地引导学生的思想和行为众所周知,创建以学习与教育为主导,以人的全面发展为目标,实现全民学习、终身学习的社会是21世纪人类社会发展的大趋势。教师对学生的思想教育不应该仅仅限于课堂,而是要抓住学生的心理特点,有的放矢地进行引导启发,在课堂上讲授理论时,能以幽默的语言、生动的事例、形象的说明来联系实际、联系学生生活、联系学生所关注的热点难点问题,缩短理论与学生的心理距离,引发学生的好奇心,吸引学生的注意力,深入浅出地把传授知识与思想教育结合起来,把理论武装与实践育人结合起来。
